2011 Kawasaki KVF 650i Brute Force Review

2-15-2011

by Pascal Bastien , moto123.com

All these improvements don't turn the KVF into a sport ATV, but the chassis now matches the powerful engine a lot better. Offering excellent obstacle-clearing ability, it remains stable and always finds enough grip to get out of bad spots. In steep climbs, the nose constantly hugs the ground even though the available juice from the engine can get the better of over-enthusiastic and over-confident riders.

Bottom line
With avant-garde features (variable locking differential and oil-bath rear brakes) that are often emulated by other ATVs, not to mention a modern chassis with a fully-independent suspension and a charismatic, high-performing V-twin, the 2011 Kawasaki KVF 650i is a safe bet for trail and heavy-duty riding enthusiasts.

A big thanks to Nadon Sport Lachute, Qc
