Many of the 225 motorcycles sold by Mecum Auctions in Las Vegas on March 21st were once owned by legendary actor Steve McQueen. His 1915 Cyclone Board Track Racer even found a taker for $775,000 USD (plus all related fees).

Two other McQueen bikes earned six-figure winning bids including an inline 4-cylinder Henderson ($209,000 USD) and a 1914 Pope Model K ($137,500).

The night was also highlighted by the sale of a Harley-Davidson Strap Tank ($650,000 USD), a 1942 Crocker V Twin Big Tank ($350,000 USD), and a 1907 Indian Tri-Car Sedan Seat ($165,000 USD).
