2007 Nissan Xterra Off-Road Road Test

8-7-2007

by Justin Pritchard , Auto123.com

An Outdoorsman's Best Friend?
According to Jeff, the Xterra was little more than a logical choice. He's an outdoorsy guy who spends his summers in Northern Alberta planting trees. "I love the outdoors, and so I needed a vehicle that was really tough and reliable. I researched the Xterra and a few other models for over a month before deciding to get it. It's nice to know we're all safe while driving, especially with little Noah. It'll be a fun machine for him and me when he gets older too. It and can go anywhere!"

A baby stroller, playpen, diaper bag and car seat all have their place in the Xterra's roomy cabin.

Graduate Rebate

Aside from capability and safety, Jeff also appreciated Nissan's graduate rebate program which kept $500 in his pocket. "It's always nice to get a break. I just finished school a year ago, so I qualified." Those who have finished college or university studies within the past 2 years (or those who will within the next six months) qualify for the discount.
