Competition
The RDX takes on some serious competitors, most of which benefit from the "brand-new" factor. These include the 2010 Audi Q5 3.2 FSI quattro ($43,400), the 2009 BMW X3 xDrive 3.0i ($45,300), the 2009 Infiniti EX35 ($40,900), the 2009 Land Rover LR2 HSE ($44,900), the 2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 4MATIC ($41,800) and the 2010 Volvo XC60 T6 AWD ($45,495).

Wrap-up
The RDX sure is a very interesting SUV. It’s a shame that its weight and fuel consumption put such a damper on performance and the driving experience. A number of rivals are not only more powerful but also more efficient.
