This was followed by a couple more corners, including the Andretti Hairpin, and the start/finish straightaway. Of course, I kept going for many more laps.

Inspired styling
After showcasing its racing skills on the track, the Mercedes SLS AMG put on a show on the beautiful roads of California. I enjoyed cruising along the seacoast with hundreds of wide-eyed bystanders staring at me… I mean, the car!

Needless to say the long hood and aggressive fascia turn a lot of heads. Too bad the rear section looks odd and doesn’t live up to the dreamy physiognomy in terms of character. I quickly forgot about it, however.

The quiet, plush interior and wide array of comfort creatures are hard not to love. Granted, it’s a Mercedes, but the SLS AMG is definitely one of the brand’s most impressive products.

Good and Evil
All these great qualities make for an exceptional sports car with heavenly driving dynamics on the track and even a forgiving attitude. It’s also a standout on the road thanks to a myriad of sophisticated features and technologies.

As for the evil part, well, look no further than the yet-to-be-announced price.

Granted, it’s a Mercedes, but the SLS AMG is definitely one of the brand’s most impressive products.
