The Ingolstadt based marque wins by just one lap, thus securing their 8th victory in 9 participations, this time thanks to the trio Kristensen-McNish-Capello.

The Danish driver, who also celebrates his 8th personal victory in this classic race thus establishes a new record.

Peugeot completes the podium by putting two of their 908 Hdi FAP models on second and third place. Jacques Villeneuves' team finishes second.

While Porsche wins in LM P2 and Aston Martin defends their title in LM GT1, Ferrari takes a beautiful revenge by scoring a fabulous 1-2-3-4 in LM GT2 class.
