The pre-British grand prix test at Silverstone got underway on Tuesday morning.

All ten formula one teams are expected to take part during the three-day session.

Struggling Force India will reportedly unveil a substantial upgrade for its 2008 car, including a Red Bull or Renault-like 'shark fin' engine cover.
