Rubens Barrichello did qualify fifth for tomorrow’s Singapore Grand Prix, but thanks to a greabox change this morning, he will start 10th tomorrow.

Fortunately for the championship contender, his teammate really didn’t beat him at it this time. Button did not qualify for Q1, doing nothing better than the 12th time overall.

Giancarlo Fisichella continues to struggle on board of the Ferrari car. He qualified 18th as his teammate registered the 13th time, still very far from the top of the chart.

Sebastian Vettel will start on the first line next to Lewis Hamilton’s McLaren. As much as the British complained of a “bumpy” track, he still managed to be on top under the lights.

Nico Rosberg placed his Williams in third place on the grid as he remains the object of numerous paddock rumours this week-end.

Mark Webber, Fernando Alonso, Timo Glock, Nick Heidfeld and Robert Kubica, with a new and improve BMW-Sauber car, will complete tomorrow’s top-eight.

Note that Barrichello finished his qualifying session in the wall after red flag was given Saturday, in Singapore. The team will presumably make consequent decisions later today.
