Following last weekend's WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour double national Air Force Canterbury Snocross at Canterbury Park, Ross Martin and TJ Gulla continue to lead the Pro Open and Pro Stock point standings, respectively.

Both will duke it out for supremacy during the season-ending Nielsen Enterprises Grand Finale, scheduled for March 16-18 at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa in Wisconsin. A copy of the Tour's complete statistical summary, which includes current points, as well as updated results, is available in PDF format by visiting http://powersportsftp.com/8-9_stats.pdf. Martin (No. 837 Judnick Motorsports/Polaris) currently holds a nearly insurmountable 45-point lead on Ryan Simons (No. 67 Speedwerx/Arctic Cat) in the Pro Open standings, and could clinch the title in qualifying at Geneva. They are the only two in contention for the Pro Open title, with everyone else mathematically eliminated.

Gulla (No. 44 Pirtek/Polaris) leads the Pro Stock standings by just 29 points on Simons. Martin, in third, as well as Mike Schultz (No. 5 Avalanche Racing/Polaris), and Blair Morgan (No. 7c Blair Morgan Racing/Ski-Doo) are also in contention for the top prize.

Other points leaders are:
Semi-Pro Open: Brett Bender (No. 19 Pirtek/Polaris), who now holds just a two-point lead on Cory Davis (No. 160 Speedwerx/Arctic Cat).
Semi-Pro Stock: Dan Ebert (No. 602 Speedwerx/Arctic Cat), who sits just 18 points ahead of Andrew Johnstad (No. 255 Avalanche Racing/Polaris).
Pro Women: Sarah McQuestion (No. 417 AIS Equipment/Ski-Doo), who is 15 points ahead of Kylie Abrahamson (No. 87 Abe Racing/Arctic Cat).
Pro Veteran: Earl Reimer (No. 100 Blair Morgan Racing/Ski-Doo), who with three consecutive victories, now leads John Anetsberger (No. 434 Burkhardt Racing/Ski-Doo) by a single point.

The next race for the WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour is the Nielsen Enterprises Grand Finale. The race is final event of the 2006-2007 WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour, and is scheduled for March 16-18, 2007.
