Conclusion

We often say how difficult our comparison tests are, because the contestants gunning for first place are very competitive and choosing the best is tough. But in this case, the final ranking is so darn close that we recounted several times.

We could've made our life even more complicated by including other all-wheel drive sedans such as the Audi A4, Jaguar X-Type, Lexus IS 250, Lincoln MKZ, Saab 9-3 Turbo X, Subaru Legacy 2.5GT Spec.B, Volkswagen Passat and Volvo S60. And the selection grows every year.


During this test, we didn't pass up the opportunity to have a little fun with the four cars. But we never forgot that people who buy all-wheel drive vehicles are looking for added safety, and as a result, never even think of turning off the stability control systems. By the way, this electronic feature could very well be mandatory on all vehicles sold in Canada pretty soon.

We've said it before: the four sedans tested here are all excellent choices. So whichever one you prefer between the 335xi, G35x, CTS4 and C350 4MATIC, you will probably not be disappointed with your choice.
