Looking awfully production-ready, and with only a strip or two of tape, we've spied GM out testing a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe prototype. Code-named GMX226, this Cadillac was originally scheduled to start rolling down the production line at the Lansing Grand River plant early this summer. Unfortunately with all the turmoil at GM, the CTS Coupe has been delayed an entire year and should debut as a 2011 model year vehicle when production starts in the summer of 2010. Powertrains should be identical to the CTS sedan, with regular and direct injection variations of GM's 3.6L V6. You'll have to opt for the V-series CTS Coupe to get more punch with a 6.2L, supercharged V8. We've included a side-profile photo with slightly more camouflage than the rest to give viewers a good idea of the rear fascia. Photo Credit : Chris Doane/Brenda Priddy & Co.
