Shawn: Drives better than expected, very car like. Lots of cargo room too. First gear seems pretty long in sport shifting

Shawn: Three people I asked priced the Endeavor at least $10,000 more than actual price. A Jeep Grand Cherokee owner said that there's a lot more room in the Endeavor. It seems to take a long time for cold air to come out of the vents when using the air conditioning, but it's nice and cold when it arrives.

Shawn: SUV + large gas tank + premium fuel = $$$. Still, it handled well on the wet highway and managed light off-road conditions well.

Shawn: Comfortable seats appreciated after a long drive.

Trevor: Every other SUV just look so ordinary when parked beside the Endeavor.

Trevor: The V6 is powerful, so it really takes off from a standing start. It's got enough torque (250 lb-ft) so that its four forward gears aren't overly taxed, but a five-speed would be nice. Still, I like the way the manual shift mode works, holding its gear right up to redline and not shifting until told to, and the all-American baseball-derived shift knob is a nice touch.
