DTM : Scheider on pole at Brands Hatch, Spengler third!

Audi pilot and series leader Timo Scheider continued to be on top of the time sheets as he snatched pole position today for the DTM race at Brands Hatch in England.

Although Audi were the dominating force during all the free practice sessions, two Mercedes pilots came in second and third.

Paul di Resta, who had been one of the quickest Mercedes pilot, finished second only 0.09 second behind Scheider.

Canadian Bruno Spengler, who struggled at times with a 12th in this morning's practice, finished third at only 0.172 second adrift polesitter's time.

Audi's Martin Tomczyk and AMG Mercedes Jamie Green completed the Top 5.
