The Renault Formula 1 team will contest this weekend's European Grand Prix, after its suspension from the Valencia race was overturned.
The matter was heard by the International Court of Appeal in Paris, and the decision was published by the FIA later on Monday.
A statement said the panel of four judges decided "to allow the appeal and overturn the sanction imposed by the stewards" in Hungary last month.
A fine of $50,000 and reprimand was issued to replace the race ban, which was imposed after a loose wheel on Fernando Alonso's car fell off after a pit stop.
The FIA said the reasons for the decision would be published in the coming days.
