Kia KOUP Concept

Safely buffering youthful energy behind the wheel of the KOUP are traction, stability, anti-lock braking, and brake force distribution control systems - a list that is becoming vitally standard on most new cars. The KOUP also adds to this Continuous Damping Control to better work with the MacPherson strut front and dual link rear suspension setups, offering a comfortable but responsive ride.


Given Hyundai's future employment of a turbo 2.0-liter engine, the prospects of this enthusiast-focused KOUP Concept going into production are more than just hypothetical. Other brands already know that offering affordable performance vehicles is an effective way of gaining, and retaining, new customers. Kia has a lot of potential with the KOUP, I just ask for a limited-slip differential to get this most of it.
