NASCAR NAPA 200: Grand-Am Rolex in action, Nationwide series getting prepared

The Grand-Am Rolex and Formula 1600 cars were in action Friday at the Gilles Villeneuve circuit for the NAPA Auto Parts 200 in Montreal.


In the paddock, the NASCAR Nationwide and Canadian Tire car underwent technical inspection.

In the afternoon, a special autograph session with the top Quebec drivers was held at the centre of the race track and it welcome a large crowd of spectators.


Meanwhile, former Formula 1 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve had the crew of the Dollard General Braun Racing team work overtime as he was asking for minor changes to his race seat.
